To access certain features like search history, you will need to create a bilin.ai user account. You agree not to use another's account without permission. IN NO EVENT WILL BILIN.AI, ITS SUBSIDIARIES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE SHAREHOLDERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, ADVERTISERS, SUPPLIERS, CONTENT PROVIDERS AND LICENSORS (AND ALL SUCCESORS AND ASSIGNS OF ANY OF THE FOREGOING) ("BILIN.AI PARTIES") BE LIABLE (JOINTLY OR SEVERALLY) TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON AS A RESULT OF YOUR ACCESS OR USE OF THE SERVICES FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS, LOST REVENUES, OR LOST GOODWILL (COLLECTIVELY, THE "EXCLUDED DAMAGES"), REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WHETHER THE ALLEGED LIABILITY IS BASED ON NEGLIGENCE, TORT, CONTRACT, OR OTHER THEORY OF LIABILITY, EVEN IF THE BILIN.AI PARTIES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF OR COULD HAVE FORESEEN ANY OF THE EXCLUDED DAMAGES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE BILIN.AI PARTIES TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WILL ALWAYS BE LIMITED TO THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID FOR THE USE OF THE RELEVANT SERVICES IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in accordance with applicable laws.
In case of any conflict, further agreements between you and bilin.ai will supersede these Terms.
